Are all the (measurable) dimensionless parameters that characterize the physical universe calculable in principle or are some merely determined by historical or quantum mechanical accident and uncalculable?

this is the unsolved mystery for every scientist who is working in unlocking the universe .the major set back in finding the answer is / so for v know is just a speck .without knowing every thing is just a theory of every intellectual aspects .every new year new theory come out eg string theory .recently v found out the higgs-boson particle.so u have to wait at-lest a century to get u r answer! what u seeking 4r ////▼♥☺
