It is seen in Lichens .The algae provides nutrients to the fungus,and the fungushelps the algae to grow in harsh condition and places where otherwise not survive. Symbiotic relationship is a mutual relationship between two organisms who share food and shelter. In such relationship both the partners are benifitted.
