no they are not same.

bilateral symmetry means a single plane that passes through principal axis of the body divides the organism into two antimeres. eg; humans

and biradial symmetry is a kind of radial symmetry where any plane of symmetry can divide the organism into two halves.

no these are not same terms as biradial symmetry is a type of radial symmetry in which the organism is divided into equal halves from 2 diff planes while bilateral symmetry represents the type of symmetry in which the organism can only b converted into only left and right halves.
