They are best suited for offline worlds as it has less risk ( for buyer and seller ) and also it offers maximum black money possible ( btw I'm in WSC too ) hope it helps ...

jojososo2000p49iko: same here

mikailimthiyaz: ha!me too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i am in wsc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
KimJeongEun: haha me too!
Vishwa04: Seeing as i have no idea how to answer this I'm going to write it down in the comments, They are suited for both the worlds. Offline as it has less risk but a higher chance of damage upon buying as the buyer may or may not double cross you. Online as it preferred for speed, online privacy (for those who can afford it). It is usually used for cryptocurrency. (Btw even I'm in WSC)

For me, there is an undeniable benefit to it being befitted to the online (deep web) world, solely because the products are commonly prohibited and so the less easy the products are to track, the greater it is for the customer and merchant.  If unauthorized products are exchanged in the offline (physical market) world, as in a drabness market, the uncertainty of being seized by the governments is higher.
