Are carbon dioxide produced by humans and carbon dioxide produced by yeast both the same? answer yes or no​

They both consume carbon based foodstuff and oxidise it (with oxygen) to produce energy and carbon dioxide.

We use atmospheric oxygen, yeast get it from the carbohydrate (and water?) along with the carbon.

It is called respiration :-
