No they are not same.

Explanation:

as cell wall is present only in plant cell whereas cell membrane is present both in plants and animals.

Cell wall in plants is made of cellulose fibers,  while cell membrane is made of phospholipids and proteins.

Cell walls have the function of support while cell membranes control what gets inside and out side the cell.
