Yes children's and adolescents are victims of UV radiation that cause skin cancer .Now the question rises how it is caused ?
When the harmful gas that is chlorofluorocarbons is released in the atmosphere . it cause the depletion of the ozone layer which protect us from the harmful UV rays .now a days due to release of CFC'S a large hole has occured . and the uv rays enter through that hole and cause skin cancer.
