computers are boon BC use it helps in many ways.it has developed world.in old times it was used to calculate.nowadays it is very helpful to big companies,industries,banksetc.

Hi Friends ✋

Computer is a machine which has several features and functions.

Computer was invented by Charles Babbage. It was large in size at that time i.e in a side of the room.

But now it had become very small due to technology.

It has a lot of advantages [boon] and too disadvantages [curses].

First Let me say about its advantages...

- Computer have a wide advantages of communication.
It has helped in development of communication these days. Like , we can see mobile phone calls , E-mails , Social medias etc...It also helps in a student's homework like works by Brainly, Meritnation, Byju's app

- Computer have also lead to a creation of new employment sector called " IT - Information Technology".

- Computer have only enabled the use of " Internet " to the world.
If there is no computer today, there will no internet.
Internet is fully based computers.

- Computers like mobiles, smartphones, smart watches etc., now had become like a personal assistant. It helps in our daily routines like alarms, and as memory place for or personal details which we get from " Memo ".

- Computers also help in having fun like playing games, hearing music, watching movies etc..

As Computer is boon according to above plot,
it is also a curse by the following plot

- It is true that Computers helps in having fun but having fun over the limit will makes us addict too, which is so tough to recover.

- Computers have made easiest mode of communication through devices , so people meet less in their real life.

- Playing in internet, which is a part of Computer also may lead to problems to Cybercrime.

- Watching in computers for a lot of time will make our eye and brain damages.

- If a smartphone is lost ( which is uses as personal assistant ) we may loss our lot of data and personal details.

- The employment sector created by Computer - " IT " will make most of the employees health bad , in which most of IT employees have to work 24 × 7 in time and no exercise for their bodies and many health issues occurs.

- The wastes of computer parts are also harmful to environment which is a major problem these days.

This shows computer as curse too

so Computer is both Boon and Curse



Some of them mean Computer as only a Desktop or laptop one, our mobile phones , tablets , smartwatches i-pad are also computers , as I have written answer in that way.
