Well , Recrytallization temperature is a temperature at which 50 % cold worked metal recrytallized in 1 hour . It occurs generally between temperature range 0.3–0.5 Tm . where Tm is melting point in Kelvin. The recrystallisation temperature for steels is typically between 400 and 700 °C

so this are not same in all cases
