Hello Mate!

A things which is only different form of element.

Ions are the charged pieces formed when atom loses or gains electrons so Ions are at atomic level. So option (d) is ❎.

Atoms in cases of noble gases are may be in 1 number but they may not occur same in all condition so option (c) is ❎.

Isotopes, they are the element which may be formed of those specific atoms which aren't perfectly identical and atleast differ in masses.

So till where I think option (a) is ✔.

Have great future ahead!
