I will suggest not to wear digital watches..
Even clipboards are not allowed. but transparent clipboards are allowed..

No, Students are not allowed to use digital watches inside the examination hall. All the CBSE, ICS, Samacheer Students are not allowed to wear digital watches during an exam in the examination hall.
The Students of board exam students are allowed to use only analog watches. Students are not allowed to take any type of printed or digitally used items inside the examination hall.
