india is a democratic country and ofcourse free and fair elections are held in india . The can be seen from the elections in delhi neither ruling nor opposition party was elected but a new party was elected. Like wise in everystate of india free and fair elections take place... Free and fair election means the person who is elected by people should come to power and in india same happens also in india elections take place after a regular pariod of time.
