<b><I>“Fundamental Rights”. The Term ‛Fundamental’ says it all. The Fundamental Or the Basic Rights Are Guaranteed By Our Constitution under the Part III [ Article 12 to 35 ]. These Rights Are the Asset of a common Individual. These, are Now Made ‛Legal’ Rights under the Section 300A.

These Rights Can Be described as the Rudimentary Values Which Shapes an Individual's Character. These can Be Accounted as The Rights Which Are enjoyed and Cherished From our People Since Vedic Times. They Can Be In a Way Perceived as the Element Which Empowers a Citizen Socially, Constitutionally and Politically. They Minimise the Obligations imposed on a Common Person.

For a Person To Fullfil His/her Ambitions Or To Live His/her to the Fullest. It becomes a Necessity for a Constitution to Provide it's Citizens Some Basic Values On which they Can Draw Upon. These Rights are Entitled To Be Human Rights meaning They Cannot be Taken Away unless in a case of an Emergency. The Indian Constitution promises these 6 elemental Rights.

» Right To Freedom

» Right To Equality

» Right Against Exploitation

» Cultural and Educational Rights

» Right to Constitutional Remedies

» Right To Religion and Faith

Thus, These Can Be Declared as an Untakeable artefact and In a way They Entitle a Human as a ‛Citizen’.
