as we know elders having the right to do or obtain something .they have smart ability to teach. they have good communication skills

its not necessary that only elders can teach , but yes they have a lot of experience but anyone can treach who is having the knowledge of the particula thing

No every one can teach but it depends upon the learner if the learner wants to learn something no matter what the source is whether the source is elder or younger , rich or poor . It depends upon the thinking .
