Periodic motion is that motion which repeats itself after equal intervals of time. ... A periodic motion may or may not be oscillatory. For example, the motion of planets around the Sun is always periodic but not oscillatory. The motion of the pendulum of a clock is periodic as well as oscillatory.

Hope this helps:p

Oscillatory motion the motion of the body at a fixed postion in two and fro .

Periodic motion of a body is that motion which is repeated identically after a fixed interval of time. The fixed interval of time after which the motion is repeated is called period of motion.

They are not same All oscillatory motion are perodic because they repeated after a fixed interval .
But All perodic motion are not oscillatory cause they are not in to and fro or back and forth .
