• What differs is their socialization which matches to the place they were born.
• It takes a short while to know how people live and adjust to live with people with different socialization through re-socialization.
• My view on this is that people are one only that the place of birth and the socialization differs.

• Yes people from different communities and cultures are really different. It is because, they differ in their tradition, language, their dressing, their food etc.  
• For example if we compare a individual belonging to Hindu community with an individual of Muslim community, both exhibit tremendous variation in all aspects.
• It depends upon the people of different communities. If they follow live and let live concept then it is possible for them to co-exist peacefully.
