No....Never....Rest and motion are not absolute....They depends on the frame of reference...
For example,when you are on earth and if u take earth as referenc,then u are in rest.....But if a moving object is taken as a reference and u are on the earth,then for ur friend sitting inside the moving object,ur in motion.....
THUS Rest and Motion are never absolute.They depends upon the frame of reference or u can say that they depends upon whether the observer is in rest or motion......
