Yes, but NOT electromagnetic charge. The strong force has gluons, which are like photons for the electromagnetic force. These particles mediate the strong force, but are also color charged, which makes QCD (quantum chromodynamics) significantly more difficult to deal with than QED. Color charge is six way (blue, green, and red, then an anti-color for each) rather than two way (positive and negative) like electromagnetic charge. Each quark has a color, which can be assigned arbitrarily.

mimansha2712: Yes represents which answer you are supporting
mimansha2712: i mean are you telling its independent or dependent
mimansha2712: actually i am not able to understand yoursolution
mimansha2712: kindly explain in easy words

Answer:

Strong nuclear force is charge independent

Explanation:

This is because it acts in the same manner between protons and neutrons , protons and protons , neutrons and neutrons. It is a short ranged force (10^-15 m ) . It is the strongest among all fundamental forces.
