The three states of matter are interconvertible.
They can be interconnected by the following process:-
1. Freezing (Liquid to solid change)
2. Melting (Solid to liquid change)
3. Condensation (Gas to liquid change)
4. Vaporisation (Liquid to gas exchange)
5. Sublimation (Solid to gas change & Gas to solid change)

Yes the three states of matter are inter convertible. The simple and best example we can take of water. Water at 0℃ is in the form of ice means at solid state but when it is kept in room temperature then it starts melting and become water means at liquid state. And when it is boiled at 100℃ it becomes water vapour means at gaseous state.
