Cells of all parts of the body are somewhat similar in their chemical composition.
But shape,size and other characteristics of the cells depend on their functions.
So all cells are not completely similar.
Eg: Nerve cells are long and branched while RBCs are biconcave disc shaped like a donut but without a hole.

these are genetically similar only, during development of zygote, due to distribution of function, they ate morphologically and functionally dissimilar
