Cells of different body parts are not the same. Firstly, this is because different body parts have different functions. For example, the Nerves, Heart, internal organs, the Red blood cells and the skeletal muscle are all different.
There are eukaryotic cells and prokaryotic cells. Prokaryotic cells do not have nucleus and are not membrane bound while eukaryotic cells contain nucleus which are membrane bound.
Therefore, cells are not the same and different cells perform different functions.
