No, the height of the cylinders is not the same.
If you see clearly, the cylinder on your left is having height equal to edge of one cube.
Whereas the cylinder on the right is having height equal to the sum of edge of three cubes.
Consequently, the cylinder on the right have greater height than cylinder on the left !
