YES ,the enzymes required for synthesis of ATP are located on cristae.
Mitochondria consists of a double membrane.Outer Mitochondrial membrane and inner mitochondrial membrane. Inner mitochondrial membrane is arranged in a series of folds called cristae.Cristae increases its surface area. In different species the shape of cristae varies. E.g in fungi plate like cristae, in Protozoas tubular cristae, euglena disk shaped cristae.
