As far as the notice says,
Yes, your summative1 examinations which were going to be held from 11-09-2017 to 14-09-2017( for classes VIII-X) are now cancelled and the exams( of classes VI-X) which were going to be held from 15-09-2017 to 18-09-2017 are postponded due to the leakage of the question papers. You would be shortly informed about the new schedule of the re-summative1
examination. The DEOs further ensure that strict steps will be taken by the them against the person who tries to leak the question paper again.
