here is your answer:

In triangle DEF and triangle QPR

DE=QP=5cm

Angle P= Angle E

Angle F=Angle R

This states that one side, and two angles are equal .

But here we cannot apply ASA rule because the side equal should be between the equal angles but in this case we don't have any side between 80° and 30°

Thus, both the triangles are not congurent.
