Yes. Whenever there is a need to call the describe-reserved-db-instances-offerings command or the DescribeReservedDBInstancesOfferings API, just look out for the Multi-AZ options that are there in the DB Instance configurations that are available for buying.

If there is a willingness to buy a reservation for a DB instance coupled with a synchronous replication in multiple Availability Zones, just mention one of them in the PurchaseReservedDBInstancesOffering call.
