an object is considered as rest if it does not change its position with respect to surroundings and time.
it all depends with respect to observer.
so, here walls of classroom is at rest with respect to windows, benches, blackboard.

The state of my classroom walls depends on the observer who is watching the wall.
So the walls of my classroom may be at rest and ,may be in motion it all depends on the person who is observing the walls
