Answer:

There were special provisions for Jammu and Kashmir which were enlisted in Article 370 and Article 35a of the constitution. However, they have been abolished now.

It allowed Jammu and Kashmir to have its separate Constitution with a separate set of rules and regulations.

Article 370 and 35a mainly prevented any none resident of Jammu and Kashmir from buying land, voting in their elections and also getting a government job in the state.

Also, they had separate laws, flag and citizenship ( they possessed dual citizenship) and did not have the right to declare a financial emergency in the state.

RTI was not applicable in the state, absence of reservation for minorities, and the duration of the legislative assemblies was for 6 years( unlike all the other states which have 5 years).
