yes, Right to information act (RTI act ) will be applicable ,

outsiders can buy land or property in j&k , it had become an union territory, single citizenship, 16%reservation for minorities, women marrying non-kashmiris would retain their property rights ,no separate flag for jammu and Kashmir.
