Are there any advantages or disadvantages of being different from each other?

"Every human being is different from the other in some ways or the other. We all have resemblances either physically or in behavior with our parents or other family members but none of us are exactly alike unless identical twins, which are physically similar to their siblings.
The advantages of being different from one another are as follows:
• There are exchange of likings, dislikings, thoughts, beliefs and other factors which makes life interesting
• If every person would have felt the same, life would have been very boring and there would not have been any inter-mingling of ideas and theories.
Disadvantages of being different
• It is because we have difference in opinions, ideologies, thoughts and convictions that there are so many wars, massacres, struggles taking place all over the world
• The root of terrorism and non-violence is the difference of beliefs which makes people believe that a certain group of people or community or religion is their enemy which leads to bloodshed
• Difference in thinking also leads to all kinds of crime and anti social acts of the society.
