Are there any condition where pure water can loose transparency ?

No. Pure Water can't lose transparency at all. It may lose transparency if any other solution like milk is added to it. Dirt or other insoluble substances may also reduce the transparency of the water.

No there is no such condition when water looses its transparency. Water is present in all three states of matter i.e. liquid, solid and gas but in three of these states it remains transparent.Therefore, even if the temperature changes,resulting

in ice or water vapor ,it remains transparent.
