Yes the food rich in Vitamin K and calcium are useful as these play important role in clotting by releasing thrombokinase

Yeah you can eat calcium related foods but truly speaking the food intake is not at all related to the blood clot system. It is only when thrombokinase of your body reacts with calcium and blood clot is done it's a big process.
