Are there any literature related to the experiment and measurement of utility function defined in the choice theory of microeconomics?

Answer:

The only literature that started in that direction is Paul Samuelson's Revealed Preference theory. According to Hal Varian, theoretical works in that direction "led to literature on the use of revealed preference analyses for empirical work that is still growing rapidly." See Varian's paper on "Revealed Preference" published in "Samuelson Economics and the Twenty-First Century." Oxford Press 2006.
