All quantities are tensor. A tensor quantity changes with change in frame of reference
A 0th order tensor is a scalar quantity.
A 1st order tensor is a vector quantity.
A 3rd order tensor is just a 3rd order tensor quantity.
For eg:- Moment of inertia is a tensor quantity.

OK i Get it time is just a dimension ! not a quantity ... But if you visit Quora then most of people say time is scalar . i am so much confused
