(2)indian laws donot apply on Jammu and Kashmir

(3)India can take decisions only on the matters of defence finance and communication.

(4)Under article 35a non resident of Jammu and Kashmir cannot buy land,seek government jobs etc.

but now article 370 and article 35A is removed by indian government.

Jammu and Kashmir is a proposed union territory of India now.
