There are probaly no countries that don’t experience quakes, though in Australia, a VERY stable and ancient continent, tremors are rare and very small. There are exceptions though, around the margins. I recall a very bad one at a town called Meckering in the west, and another at Newcastle in the East, but this wasn’t too damaging. As for volcanoes, nothing active though one may be dormant - again on the fringes, but many, many relics of ancient ones, some of which suggest large fields with many vents. In the deep past, Oz has been as shaky as New Zealand, but it was al;l a very long time ago..
