Yes. Nuclear reactions are continously taking place but then why dont we sense it?

This is because that the nuclear reactions taking place in any normal body are usually degeneration of carbon molecules. These reaction are incomplete and even if they could ever complete in a human lifetime, still no observevable or harmful change could not be observed. Even our body is is well prepared to withstand hight radiations for a while but the nuclear radiations emmitted by our body are negligible.
