Some arguments against democracy are
1) In democracy many people need to be consulted to make decisions which lead to delays.
2) Democracy is all about power play. There is no scope of morality.
3) Leaders often change in democracy which lead to instability.
4) People do not know what is best for them so they should not decide who shake make government or not.
(There are man more arguments which I have not listed but I think you can understand by these points only.)
All of the above mentioned arguments apply mainly to democracy.
The 2 argument and the 4 argument can be applied to misuse any form of government as the government will have all the power and they can do anything.
I don't agree with the 4 and 3 argument as most of the people know what their needs are and which leader can fulfill it.
Also leaders keep changing but sometimes the ruling party keeps on winning the elections if they have the trust of the people.
Just like BJP.
