are there specific reasons that i am getting nose bleeding every now and then? thank you :)

Here is your answer,

Well yes there is a reason behind every phenomenon and I'm this case, during winters the nasal membrane becomes dry and gets a crack thats why nose bleeding might be occurring.

It would be better to keep your nose well moisturised and to prevent this,

Lean forward slightly with your head tilted forward. While your are doing this, this allows the blood to run back into the throat, and can cause inhaling of blood.

Spit out any blood that may get collected in your mouth and throat. It may cause nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea if swallowed. So better spit it out carefully.

Then gently just blow any blood clots out of your nose.

Doing this will surely help you to get rid of nose bleeding for the time being.
