Are there trees (for example, hoses), male and female? Why do not some trees produce fruit?

Yes trees have male and female. Both male and female have unisexual flowers, so both male and female flower can be reside on the same trees. But the most common condition for trees to have only all males and females.
For a flower to become fruit the key step is successful pollution. Technically all flower bearing plants are meant to produce fruit.
Resons for flower bearing plants for not giving fruits are :-

Inconspicuously fruits.
