Explanation:
Further, trees, buildings, etc on the surface of the Earth appear to be at rest but infact they are in motion as the Earth revolves around the Sun. Thus, there is no object which can be condisered to be at absolute rest. Hence, rest and motion are relative terms.

Answer:
well It's all depends on the frame of reference you choose.
If you choose Earth as a frame of reference then trees, buildings, electric poles etc are at rest but if you choose moon or any other celestial body or galaxy as a frame of reference then with respect to them earth is moving and hence trees, bulidings will also move.
So the things is here Frame of reference matters
