They are not same.
Consider the following classes:
1-9
10-19
20-29
30-39
40-49
50-59
Class size and class width are same. it can be found by subtracting eitger two consecutive lower limits or upper limits.
class width = 50-40 = 10
or 39 - 29 =.10
Class interval is defined within one class.
class interval = upper limit - lower limit = 19-10 = 9
Range means the entire range in which the data falls. here range is 59 - 1 = 58
