ARE TRACHEIDS AND VESSELS BOTH CELLS OR TISSUES.then why are tracheids single celled and vessels are made of row of cells.
if they are made of row of cells, shouldn't it be a tissue.
which is longer- tracheids or vessels
my teacher said that in vessels shape of individual cell in short, but as a whole it is longer than tracheids. she said tracheids have shape of individual cell long, but as whole it is longer. BUT MY QUES. IS THAT TRACHEIDS ARE SINGLE CELLED, SO HOW CAN IT HAVE SHAPE OF INDIVIDUAL CELL LONG, BUT AS A WHOLE IT IS SHORT.plz
