Basically, the community needs to WANT human rights to be respected, or at least a major proportion of it. Second of all, the people who want it need to be stronger than the people violating their rights.

Human rights violation is something which should be avoided at all costs. Any issue related to Human rights violation popping up is a matter of disgrace.
Human rights are basically the rights that a person is supposed to be born with. It includes rights like Right to speech, Right to Choice and more.
I am very well aware of the human rights violations in community.
Apart from taking measures to deal with them proficiently, we make sure to take proper steps to avoid them at any costs.
