Uniform acceleration is when a body accelerates at uniform intervals of time .the graph in velocity time graph is a straight line.

Uniform motion or uniform velocity is when a body travels equal distances in equal interval of time.  the graph in velocity time graph is a  straight line parallel to time axis.

Hope it helps

aritsaki: So they are not same.
thirstforknowledge: when body moves with same velocity per u it time is called uniform acceleration. am i right.
