Are we to depend on mobile phones and laptops if yes so how can wecreduce addication

well . This is very hard for each and every person on our earth we are addicted to phones and laptops as such that they had been a very part of our life this is considered even impossible to go through this addiction but everything is possible in life and i am a optimistic person so if each of us will try to remove the good evil which is phone from our earth we should have to work very hard . but i think this not possible at this point of time.
