‘A period of time during which a person refrains from using electronic devices such as smartphones or computers, regarded as an opportunity to reduce stress or focus on social interaction in the physical world.’
To understand the intensity of technology dependency, ask yourself (if you use Internet, computer or any such technology) or your friend to spend a day without his or her gadget. Response will be yes I can, just like any other addicted person would give if confronted with the same question. But in reality, one cannot spend even an hour if mobile phone is switched off, or Internet is down, or computer is hanged. Hence today’s world is dependent upon computer, technology and Internet.
There is no denial, cell phones, laptops and other personal electronic gadgets help us to connect with our family and friends instantly. Working parents in today’s busy lives manage everything so easily with the use of information and communication technology (ICT). But certainly these devices are negatively influencing our relationships. A family sitting together has often been seen using individual cell phones or laptops etc.
use less amount of technologies today we our depended on that if we use less amount of technologies than probably there will be no side effects..
Hope this much will help you.. ✌

Mobiles and computers have become a source of major distractions for everyone, especially the students and youngsters. Young boys and girls seem to have become inordinately addicted to mobile phones and computers. They are thoughtlessly and uselessly wasting their precious time on these useless sites.
The overuse of mobiles and computers has posed serious health issues. Radiation caused by microwaves emitting from network towers as well as mobile phones, eyesight getting affected due to exposure to mobile screen for hours, etc. are some of the health issues. Besides, mobile phones are also responsible for difficulty in concentration, fatigue, headaches and sleep disturbance that can further trigger health complications. Owing to late night use of mobile phones, the youngsters skimp on sleep which further causes health consequences. This has made them aggressive and irritated.
The other major disadvantage of the increasing use of such networking sites is the spread of obscenity. This is having a very negative impact on the impressionable minds of our young children and leading them astray.
How Can We Reduce It?
The only solution to check this dependence and addiction is putting some monitoring and check on their use. Parents, teachers and the government must look into the problems being caused by mobiles and these networking sites and must formulate a strategy either to curb or completely stop its fast growing negative influence on the minds of our youth. Their use must be restricted and monitored.
Our youth is the future of our nation. We cannot allow this youth to waste their precious time on mobiles doing the Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram, Twitter, etc.. The same time must be spent on studying, researching and developing leadership or other life-skills. It is our moral duty as well as responsibility to lead our youth on the right path and teach them to make best use of these wonderfully gadgets to improve themselves only.
