Weak acids and diluted acids are not same because the weak acids are very weaker by there pH value but the diluted acids release heat from them when added with water and get neutralised so they are not same

no... they are not same.

an acid is , in general , a substance which , on dissolving in water, gives hydrogen ions in the solution.

dilute acid is.. the acid solution ( i.e. acid + solvent) in which the amount/ concentration of solvent is more or ,we can say, very high...
.. ( concentration = amount per unit volume)

now weak acid is an acid which doesn't dissociate completely to give hydrogen ions... or ( give less number of hydrogen ions)

for example.. acetic acid.

in the picture i have used a double headed arrow.. that means... after a point of saturation or a particular point , that acid will have given maximum number of hydrogen ions which it can give. After that reverse reaction will also take place.

... remember .. that at that point more hydrogen ions will continue to be formed but with the same pace , acetic acid will also be formed. Thus, as a whole there will be net no increase in the number of hydrogen ions after the point of saturation.
