The answer is Goat Cheese.

The different types of Dutch cheeses are:

 1) “Maasdammer” 2) “Boerenkaas” 3) “Smoked Cheese” 4) “Frisian Clove Cheese” and 5) Goat Cheese.  There are two varieties one “soft” and the other is “semi-hard, cured version that is much like Gouda”.
