Given :

The Area of parallelogram,

= 343 \ m^2

As we know,

1\ m=100 \ cm

then,

Area = 343\times 100 = 34300 \ cm^2

and,

The altitude(height) of parallelogram,

= 30 \ cm

To Find :

The base of parallelogram = ?

Solution :

As we know,

The Area of parallelogram = base × height

On putting the given values in the above formula, we get

34300=base\times 30\\\\base=\frac{34300}{30} \\\\base=1143.33 \ cm

So,

The base of parallelogram is "1143.33 cm".
